Project Ethos: Plasmid Vector

 

  • The abilities of the Plasmid Vector will be based on spawning clones of the player and controlling them

  • The a good Plasmid Vector player will be able to control several clones at the same time

    • The “Q” ability will be for spawning and controlling clones

      • Clone types can be preset, but can still be changed while in combat

      • Certain clones will only cost 1 payment, others will drain over time

    • The “W” ability will be for buffing up clones

      • You can take the clones and buff them up as a whole

        • This also may be preset for each specific clone spawned

    • The “E” ability will be for aggressive moves

      • These moves can be dash’s, jump, or any other initiate

      • In certain circumstances it may even taunt in enemies to a clone

    • The “R” ability will be for massive damage or massive survival

      • Made to quickly deal damage or save teammates

      • Can sacrifice clones for health/damage

    • Passive

      • The passive ability for the Plasmid Vector is based on lightning

      • If the player is struck by lightning by himself or anyone else, the damage goes through but the player gains 50% extra attack and movement speed

    • Q

      • Spawn

        • This ability allows the player to spawn a clone

          • As it is upgraded it allows the player to spawn more than one clone

        • At a case level only costs one payment to control it

    • W

      • Fusion

        • This ability fuses a clone into a player, increasing the player's stats by 25% for 20 seconds

        • This ability can only be used if the player has a clone/can spawn a clone

      • Ionization

        • Allows the player to increase all of the stats of one clone by 20%

        • This is a passive ability, and can only be taken if the player chooses an ability which can spawn a clone

      • Sheath

        • The player stays frozen in place for 5 seconds, charging an ability for this time

        • After this five seconds, the player unleashes a huge burst of lightning on one spot

        • This can hit any number of enemies for the same amount of damage

      • Instability

        • The player sets their clone to a state of matter other than plasma

        • Solid

          • Allows the clone to grab aggro of an enemy

        • Liquid

          • Deals damage and slows enemies it encounters

        • Gas

          • Deals high magic damage but can die very easily

    • E

      • Nano-Collision

        • Closes the gap between the player and an enemy and stuns them for 1 second

        • All clones will also jump onto the enemy

      • Corona Discharge

        • Small electric fields pop out from the player and each clone

        • After 2 seconds, the fields pop and pull anyone in each field to the respective clone/player

        • Stuns the enemy for 1 second and deals damage

      • Spectroscopy

        • Light shines straight through the player and the clones

        • Light energy comes down in a circle dealing damage after a small cast

          • For each clone, the circle is cut in half

            • The smaller circles will then face towards the other clones

            • If there are more clones, the circle will continue to divide

      • Ionic Diffusion

        • Any clones on the field are destroyed, dealing massive damage to anyone around them

          • Clones exploded around the player will buff the players stats by 20% for 10 seconds

    • R

      • Aurora

        • Spawns a magnetic field surrounding a large area around the player

        • This field increases electric damage done by 30% and slows all enemies inside by 50%

      • Particle Beam

        • The player (and clones if applicable) sends one constant beam of burning plasma towards one enemy

        • Enemies caught between the beam take 50% of the damage

        • The enemies at the end of the beam will take the full damage

      • Synthesis

        • The player takes the dead corpses of enemies and turns them into a burning plasma form

        • This plasma is then thrown onto the ground, dealing damage to any enemy inside of the puddle

        • After 25 seconds the puddle explodes, dealing 30% of the damage done to enemies inside of the circle

      • Gyrokinetic

        • The player charges the plasma in their body for 5 seconds

        • After 5 seconds the player explodes shards of plasma in a huge circle around the player

          • These shards will pierce through enemies and then stay in place

        • After 5 more seconds the shards come back to the player, piercing all enemies it passes through again

          • The player can cast again at any time to bring the shards back
